‘Polonia Millennium 2000’ Development Project, Brampton, Ontario, Canada The ‘Polonia Millennium 2000’ Development Project is located in southwest Brampton and consisting of the Saint Eugene de Mazenod Church, Polonia Cultural/Commercial Centre, ‘Villa Polonia’ Seniors’ Residential Condominium Complex. This project involves the development of a comprehensively designed and visually coordinated community complex to meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of the Polish Roman Catholic Community.
The ‘Polonia Millennium 2000’ Project has a total area of 10.31 Ha. Designed by Archway and Associate Architect, Stan Szaflarski, project Architect.

Landscape elements combined with unique building designed in the Polish architectural tradition are used to encourage a harmonious interplay between the various facilities within the development and support the visual hierarchy of the site dominated by the Church. The site elements will also create a site that enhances the existing and proposed land uses of the surrounding area. |
